As a child, life seemed simple and light, in spite of having no toilets, no running water, and no electricity. Then one day, my family decided to migrate to the USA. I was 14 years old when the journey began. We stationed ourselves in Tijuana, at the US Mexico border. Each sibling awaiting their turn to cross. The cost to cross was high and we were many. My mom and two little sisters went first. When it was finally my turn my mother insisted that I’d be accompanied by my big brother for my safety. However, as we were crossing, we got separated. I ended up in the hands of one man after another. These men were put in charge of my safety. It was a dangerous position to be in, I had to fight them to avoid being abused. When I finally arrived at my destination, the home I found myself in was beautiful and welcoming at first. However, I soon had to fight for my safety almost every night as the abuse slowly became unavoidable. I was in a foreign country, struggling with a new language and culture, and again trying to survive my environment. When I turned 18, I had my first child, a boy. To make life easier, I agreed to a loveless marriage, which eventually ended in divorce. I married again and soon divorced again. By this time, I had four more children: two girls and two boys. Later I found myself married for a third time, also inevitably ended in divorce. Now, a single mother, in my 30’s working as a waitress to make ends meet, life began to feel overwhelming. I started questioning if there was a way to make it lighter. I reflected on my situation, always wondering why life felt so heavy. Feeling uncertain about the future, I found myself plagued by doubts and insecurities. I kept asking if there could be a way to lighten life up. Then at my lowest point something miraculous happened that opened my eyes to question everything in my life. I was sitting there confused feeling trapped in a cage. Thinking about the moment when my children and late husband abandoned me. I felt so hopeless and in despair. To feel better, I tuned in to my favorite speaker. He said something that shook me, "If I want to be free, I got to be me, and if I want to be me, I got to be free." Those words made me jump out of my seat. Because I knew right then and there that at some point in my life I had lost my identity. I had lost the sense of who I was. In my head, I heard a voice: “I am lost, trapped in a maze with no way out. I am lost. But lost in what?” I started putting my life on paper as if I were deciphering a code. I was writing it down, questioning all the choices I made and experiences I had. The deeper I explored the more I saw where, when, and how I lost myself in my own unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs and fears that were contributing to moments of lost of control. I discovered my unresolved emotions had me constrained. As a child, I created beliefs such as “I am unworthy, I am unwanted, I don’t belong,” and “I am not enough.” When these beliefs get triggered by anything unknown, the 'what just happened' moments show up without warning —that is an instance of sudden confusion where I feel disoriented. These moments leave me momentarily puzzled or in disbelief, trying to make sense of what just happened that I lost momentarily my emotional stability. In identifying the triggers, I was able to see what I was lost in— my own unresolved emotions made up of beliefs that were not true but were created by me at a young age, and had lead me to become a fearful person, afraid of act and afraid to speak. The more I discovered, the lighter I felt. The lighter I felt, the more I could accomplish, and the more I could accomplish, the happier I became. Life was becoming easier and easier. By the time you finish reading 'What Just Happened,' I hope you'll have a deep understanding of what triggers are and how to identify them. Understanding your triggers is a vital step in uncovering the beliefs you invented about yourself as a child. These hidden beliefs often cause unresolved emotions to resurface. Remember, this journey is about discovering and healing those parts of yourself, and I'm here with you every step of the way. I can’t wait to see your your weight reduction, years dropping, looking younger, finding your soulmate, creating new relationships, getting along with friends, family, coworkers, or whatever it is that you most desire in your life. The possibilities are endless.

As your life coach, dedicated to helping each one of you unleash your true potential and achieve the extraordinary. Life is a beautiful journey, and it is my honor to accompany you on this path of self-discovery and growth.
In our pursuit of success, it's essential to remember that true fulfillment is not solely measured by external accomplishments or material possessions. It lies within the depths of our hearts and minds, waiting to be explored and nourished. Together, we will embark on an incredible voyage of self-reflection, transformation, and empowerment.
One of the fundamental principles I want to emphasize is the power of mindset. Our thoughts shape our reality, and by cultivating a positive and resilient mindset, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way. Believe in your abilities, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and view setbacks as stepping stones towards success. Remember, your mind is a powerful tool; use it wisely, and it will unlock doors you never thought possible.
As we journey together, we will delve into the realm of goal setting. Your dreams and aspirations are the fuel that propels you forward. Take the time to define your objectives, both short-term and long-term. Break them down into manageable steps, and commit yourself to take consistent action. Remember, progress is built upon consistent effort and dedication. With each small step, you are one step closer to your destination.
But let us not forget the importance of balance. Life is not solely about work and achievement. It's about nurturing meaningful relationships, taking care of your well-being, and finding joy in the simplest of moments. Strive for a harmonious existence, where your personal and professional spheres intertwine seamlessly, creating a life that is fulfilling in all aspects.
My role as your coach is not to provide you with all the answers, but to guide and empower you to find your own solutions. I am here to listen, support, and challenge you when necessary.
